WHO IS MAGGIE DAVIS?
For more than 25 years, I have been immersed in education.
I have taught, coached, and found my ultimate passion - working with
students to find their purpose, orchestrate their plans, and reach their
potential. I have worked with middle and high school students in public and private institutions, adults seeking further education, as well as supporting educators and administrators. I am here to share my experience and expertise with anyone interested in exploring college and career pathways.
As the current Director of Career Counseling at Gould Academy, I have
a wealth of experience in college counseling and a passion for education.
I provide personalized coaching and guidance to students, families, adults,
and educators. My areas of expertise are in making authentic connections, college admission trends, academic pathways, the college application process, athletic recruitments, financial aid, neurodiversity, interview prep and career exploration. My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their chosen pathways.

Originally from Maine, I have lived and traveled all over the US - including Illinois, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, and Massachusetts. I earned a Bachelor's in Sociology at the University of Lynchburg
and a Master's in Theological Studies at Emory. Now I am back to my roots living
off-grid in Western Maine with my daughter
and four animals.
